Your phone’s codes, on your desktop.

Paister sends the verification codes your Android phone receives to your computer and fills them in your browser. You stop reaching for your phone, and nobody in between can read them.

How it works

Set it up once. Then forget it’s there.

  1. 01

    Install on your Android phone

Paister listens for incoming SMS in the background, even when the app is closed. Choose all messages, codes only, or just the senders you pick.

  2. 02

    Link your desktop

Open Paister on your computer and scan its QR code with your phone. Both screens show the same number, and you approve it on the desktop.

  3. 03

    Codes arrive and fill

New codes appear on your desktop within seconds. The browser extension offers the code under the field, and fills it when you press Enter.

What you get

Small, quiet and exact.

End-to-end encrypted

Messages are encrypted on your phone with AES-256-GCM and decrypted only on your devices. The relay passes along ciphertext it cannot read.

No account, just a vault

Your devices share a vault instead of a login. Twelve words, shown once, let you add or recover a device. No email, no password, no phone number.

Fills codes in your browser

The extension finds the code field, offers the newest code and fills it, single box or split boxes. It never submits a form for you.

Every desktop you use

Link a Mac at work and a Linux box at home to the same phone, or two phones to one vault. Remove any device from any other.

Reads Persian codes

Persian and Arabic digits are normalised, and amounts or card numbers are never mistaken for codes. When it isn’t sure, it asks.

Discreet by default

Desktop notifications show only how many messages arrived, never who sent them or what they say. Old messages can delete themselves.

Security

The relay sees noise.

To reach your desktop when you are not on the same network, Paister passes messages through a relay at api.paister.ir. It only ever holds encrypted envelopes, keeps them briefly, and forgets them once your devices confirm delivery.

  • Keys are created on your devices and kept in the Android Keystore and your desktop’s secure storage.
  • Each device is approved by you, on a screen you can see, with a matching number.
  • Removing a device stops it from receiving new messages straight away.
  • Codes are filled only into the tab you are looking at, and only codes from the last ten minutes.

Paister is still in development. An independent security review is planned before the first public release.

Android in. Everywhere you type out.

iPhone can’t share incoming SMS with other apps, so Paister needs an Android phone to receive codes.

FAQ

Questions

Can Paister read my messages?

Only your own devices can. Messages are encrypted on the phone before they leave it, and the relay never has the keys.

Do I need to create an account?

No. Your devices form a vault protected by twelve words. Keep them somewhere safe: they are the only way to recover the vault if you lose every device.

Does it work with an iPhone?

Not for receiving codes. iOS doesn’t let apps read incoming SMS. The desktop app and extension work with an Android phone.

Will it submit forms or log in for me?

No. Paister fills the code and stops. You stay the one who presses the button.

Which messages are sent to my desktop?

You choose on the phone: every SMS, only messages with a code, or only the senders you pick. Filtered messages never leave the phone.

How much does it cost?

Paister is free while it is in beta. Pricing after that hasn’t been decided.

Stop reaching for your phone.

Paister is free during the beta. Install it on your Android phone, then on your desktop and in your browser.
